Project Management
Initiation
Initiation: Needs Analysis and Scope DefinitionWe evaluate customer requirements from a technical perspective and define the project boundaries. We formalize the project by confirming the material selection (Magnesium/Plastic) and ensuring the part design is suitable for the production method at this stage. General project risks are identified and managed during this phase.
Planning
Planning: Creating a Detailed RoadmapWe establish the project timeline (GANTT Chart) by planning mold design and manufacturing, raw material procurement, and the production schedule. We determine the project phases and critical approval points.
Execution
Execution: Implementing Engineering and ManufacturingAdhering to the planned schedule, we initiate the mold and, if necessary, the part design. We establish our quality control plans by pre-analyzing potential technical risks.
Following the design, we perform initial sample production and obtain customer approvals (such as FAI). By ensuring coordination between our engineering unit and the production line, we manage the flawless transfer of design details to the physical part.
We finalize our budget discipline during this stage.
Control
Monitoring and Control: Performance and Quality AuditWe monitor the production process in real-time and audit compliance with our quality standards. We promptly identify any deviations between planned and actual progress and implement necessary corrective actions.
Project Closing
Project ClosingWe conduct the final project reporting and hand over the project to the mass production process. By recording the data obtained and "lessons learned" into our system, we strengthen our corporate memory for future projects.
