Who We Are?
Mahmut LÜLE and Ali LÜLE founded the company in 1967. The firm started its operations in a 15-square-meter facility under the name Lüle Plastik Ltd. Şti. It initially used hand presses, which were the standard technology of the time. The company expanded its premises in 1968 due to developing technology and increasing customer demands. It also increased its production capacity by adding hydraulic machines. Muharrem LÜLE joined the team later in 1976.
Muharrem LÜLE and Emre LÜLE took over the management of Lüle Plastik Ltd. Şti. in 2003. They combined their knowledge and experience with developing technologies in line with their corporate principles. The company successfully obtained ISO 9001-2000, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 14001 certificates in early 2008. Germany (DAR - Deutscher Akkreditierungsrat, TGA), the United Kingdom (UKAS), and Türkiye (TÜRKAK) accredited these certifications. The management relocated the plastic injection unit to the Sincan Organized Industrial Zone in 2010 to elevate production quality. Lüle changed its legal title from a Limited Liability Company (Ltd. Şti.) to a Joint-Stock Company (A.Ş.) in 2025 due to growing corporate needs.
Lüle continues its operations in the Sincan Organized Industrial Zone today. The factory has a 2,000-square-meter indoor area and a 2,000-square-meter outdoor area. The facility operates with state-of-the-art plastic injection machines, ultrasonic welding machines, machining tools, and auxiliary equipment. The company steadily increases its investments with the awareness that quality is the responsibility of all personnel. Lüle values customer satisfaction highly and maintains its activities without compromising its quality policy.
